4 Twilight Fans

1st I wasnt sure I was going to make it to the WalMart for the PreRelease give-a-ways and fun.

Hubby was hungry so we had to go to Popeye Chicken for his dinner, because he was being so nice I just hummmed along and listened to his long day at work, the entire time I was thinking WHAT TIME IS IT I DONT WANT TO BE NUMBER 400th or something. BUT I was polite and let him talk and we laughed about old days and old things and everything else I could think about to keep my mind off the line that could be gathering at WalMart.

It was now 948 pm and he had his chicken and we were headed to the store. I was ok up until he we got there, 10:01.

Where the heck was everybody ?

There was no one around to tell me where to go. WHAT !!!!!

Here I am bad knee and a cart strolling around a WAREHOUSE of a WalMart, asking people with badges – Excuse me are they haveing the New Moon Give-A-Ways ?

Clerk No1: No mame
Clerk No2: Nooo sorry ask in electronics

Me: Thinking I AM IN ELECTRONICS

Clerk No3: No sorry I dont work the Night Shift

Me: ARE YOU FRRAKING KIDDING ME @!!!!@ (ok I said it silently because I am in my polite mode)

Clerk No5: Hi How You Doin

Me: Mumble grumble HI stumble mumble

I walk towards the front of the store and notice there is a line near the jewelry department and GUESS WHERE ?

THE NEW MOON SECTION !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DUH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I get there and I am probably number 20 or something which isnt bad when I looked back after 1 hour in line there where over 140 peo0ple behind me and by midnight there were at least 250.

With people still coming down the isle saying * OMYGOSH ITS A LINE*

Anywho.

Me and my new found Twi Friends talk about the Twilight movie then the book then the people who alked past us flabbergasted that we were so close to up front. It was funny to watch their expressions, not so much that they had to be so far behind us, but I was glad I thought to come early – 10:01 pffft could have been NUMBER 1 aaaugh !

Anywho Im home and there is probably still a line.

I got home at 12:52, the DVD’s were given out at 12:01 exactly.

They had the police there, lol for rowdy folks.

Umm were were the calmest Twi fans in America probably lol

The entire line was laughing or joking about this or that, or someone was having private conversations, but NO POLICE NEEDED really. Unless they ran out, then they might as well shut down the WALMART because if  I was that person who was number 250 and you didnt have a ULTIMATE PACK for ME, I am sure things would have gotten ugly lol

In line there was this guy talking about how Emmett was his husband and he showed us a picture of him on his cell phone screensaver it was one of his Calvin Ads pictures WOOT WOOT lol

Then there were the two TEAM EDWARD fans who ran around the store and played while their mother waited in line – FOR HER copy of the DVD, oh and a copy for them too lol

There was the dad who really was blah blah in line – really didnt want to be there but when trivia for prize time came – he got them all right and was one of the 1st to get a water bottle with EDWARDS face on it ….WOOT WOOT lol

After about 20 minutes or so in line you became THIRSTY or hungry if you hadnt eaten all day. So a grape soda and doritos did hit the spot. Many peeps got out of line 1 at a time to get water or soda or water, it was really getting warm in that line. Blessings they let us be on the inside lol not outside.

The standing was awful though, I should have brought a chair but I wanted to be a trooper, I am soooooooooooooo going to pay for being a trooper in the morning….pffft.

Anywho.

When I arrived I made sure I received my little token for showing up, its kind of hard to describe, NOT REALLY – bumber stickers – tatts and something or other I didnt open mine yet. I will show it off online when I finally get some sleep – oi I mean AFTER I GET some sleep lol

Anywho.

There were so many Team Edwards a few Team Jacobs, but you know what, I asked right out who was who, and lol within 30 people lmao I was the only Team Jacob.

CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT pffffft I think there was some hidden Team Jacobs around, at least where I stood.

But the Team Emmett guy, well he did tell me that Taylor was now 18 and he was leagal so I could be – get this NOT a COUGAR – but a PUMA lmao

A PUMA is younger than a COUGAR so I was a PUMA if I wanted Taylor

HAHAHAHAH

Anywho.

DID I MENTION My knee was screaming at me but I didnt relent, I stayed and waited in that line for 2hrs ? NO I didnt say that ? hmm lol

In that line I was laughing, sometimes with tears from my eyes, at the antics of those who were in the crowd.

Some fans were buying tee shirts or tank tops or jewelry or tat stickers, or handbags with NEW MOON stamped on it or sewn on.

I mean we were in the NEW MOON SECTION, pffft wish I had gone there 1st -whine.

I was going to buy something other than the DVD’s when I did finally make it up to the counter to buy, but NOPE I didnt, ok thats a lie, I bought grapes and candy dots. None with Edward, Bella or Jacob on it ….

They had this really cute shirt that said I HAVE BEEN BITTNE BY A VAMPIRE, and Mr. I AM Married to Emmett wanted one but said they didnt have his size. Oh well he said, I still have my screensaver – lol

He was a riot, he was so against Bella an Kristen. I was like – WOOoo really, I mean she is the best person I would think to carry that role and did great things with it, he was like – BELLA WHO – lol

ME: Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh K wont fight ya

So, there we were laughing and joking about Team Jacob – Team Edward – TEAM EMMETT  – and someone talked about the Volturi

I had to give my opinion – Dakota did nothing for that role to me – Mr. Husband Emmett agreed with me – he said she was to dry & and was (imitated a woman smoking a cigarette – Pff Im getting paid for this darling Pff) lol you had to be there – he was hilarious doing it….

Anywho.

Finally I am paying my 40 something dollars for my Ultimate DVD Pack & my Single DVD of NEW MOON. Mr. Emmett says to me he will take my DVD and the guy in charge goes – HE MR POLICE MAN MR EMMETT IS THREATING HERrrrrrrrrrrrr

(if you are reading this and you go to bed with a TEAM EMMETT tee shirt on – you know who you are – YOU ROCK !!!! I had a blast with you and your group lol and I hope your eyes feel better – take care)

LMAO – he was only joking but it was a riot – the guy who ran this show was very cool and very nice and we sooooooo appreciate you for Bring a NEW MOON CAKE for all of us to share at the beginning of the PreRelease.

(even though I didnt get my piece of cake or a picture of it – my cell died and I was in another line getting grape soda and doritos when he passed cake out – pffft)

BUT I HAD A ROCKING GOOD TIME !!!!!

Now my knee hurts, my head hurts, my back hurts, my feet hurts, and I want to go to bed.

Im getting to old for this shiiiiiiiiiiii
